 Gundam Seed's star mecha, Strike Gundam, is the first entry in Bandai's Big Scale Real Detail 1/60 series. Strike Gundam launches this new line of kits in fine style! This model is highly posable--even its fingers are jointed!-- and it features really nice details. Some surprises include a cockpit that opens to reveal pilot Kira Yamato and side armor that opens at the hip to stow both Armor Schneider knives. The requisite Beam Rifle and Shield are included, too. The Strike Gundam is molded in Bandai's patented multi-gate technology which allows multiple colors on one tree; stickers are included for the details that aren't molded in color. The parts are pre-colored and the kit looks great straight from the box. A full-color, lavishly illustrated instruction booklet is also included.
Strike Gundam is pre-colored and snap-together, so paint and glue are not needed to complete it. Like all Bandai Japan models, the instructions for assembly are in Japanese, but they feature very clear, easy-to-follow pictures. The model is brand new, and its parts are completely sealed.
Gundam Seed is one of the newest Gundam lines, and Bandai Japan is only producing small numbers of the kits at this time. Don't wait on ordering this Strike Gundam kit--or any other of the Gundam Seed models; they may be sold out if you do!
