Hasegawa is really doing a great job on this series of Valkyries! The quality they are so famous for shows from the second you get the box. Cover art by Hidetaka Tenjin which alone is worth the price. This is the A variant of the aircraft with armor and FAST packs. Crisp detail thoughout. Panel lines are finely engraved. Swing wings operate. Exhausts can be posed. Sensor packs and landing gear bays all have detail. The thin perfectly printed decals have at least 3 different Valkyries plus additional numbers to make any tail code needed. The painting instructions cover the three primary markings. For those who have struggled through the more dated releases, this model kit is a welcome relief. The instructions are in Japanese, but they are very well done with pictures; so, if you have built a few kits, there should not be a problem. Paint and glue are required to complete the model. Approx 181 parts; 19.80 cm long when completed.
NOTE: The FAST Packs and armor are add-on parts and cannot be removed
